The creation of multiple accounts by a single person — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other variation of personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and a working email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.

Before any real-money deposit, withdrawal, or real-money game access is permitted, 702pub requires identity verification in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. 702pub's aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising under these Terms, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member to their 702pub account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the claim.

The 702pub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. 702pub does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

702pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
